OK. You’ve seen the videos, you’ve seen the results. Now its time to step from virtual to reality. If you are serious about your fitness make a commitment for 3 weeks and work through our CrossFit beginners program. We can offer you the best possible start for your health and fitness.

From squats to deadlifts, kettlebells to kipping – on our CrossFit Beginners program you’ll learn everything you need to change your health, nutrition and fitness.

CrossFit Bristol Beginners Course

4 weeks duration

4 small group training sessions with health and training lectures (Saturdays)

4 general classes (A week day evening)

Comprehensive manual introducing the basic skills, nutrition and CrossFit programming.

Summary

Our CrossFit Beginners Course is probably the most detailed and in depth introduction to CrossFit Anywhere. It covers the basic skills required to train safely, a number of lectures and information and 3 skills specific sessions teaching basic lifting and movement. All trainees receive a detailed manual, support and quality coaching.
