I know CF is huge into Paleo I'm not sure I'm convinced (been rednaig a lot about it). I've been on a fitness kick too but rather than doing something like Paleo I'm cutting out processed food, and it seems to be a good fit. What is your impression of being able to get all your needed nutrients and fiber and such on Paleo? How do you not eat rice in Thailand????? Anyway happy for you and all your fitness success that is awesome!!!!!

We have had woman here that have. It is very hard to answer your specific question without some more information. Have you been exercising up until this point? What does that exercise consist of?
Helen last time 12:45 and this time 9:50. However I cannot rbemeemr what I used for KB weight last time. Today I did scale down on to the 35# weight as my back has been sore along with tight hammys. I have been working on stretching them after workouts and it seems to really be helping. I was very happy with my butterflies today. The 2nd round was definitely CRUEL! 3:30 and the burpees just killed me ..my strength was shot from yesterday ..I got 13 kb swings at the 55# in the 2nd round and then time hit. Even though this was a brutal WOD, I would MOST definitely want to do it again.

Enjoying the site. If you're talking paleo, you might want to have a look at this new British book on Paleo that's just hit Amazon:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Instinctive-Fitness-Oliver-Selway/dp/1908746041/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1336063239&sr=1-1

I'm the author and I'll be promoting my book in Bristol in a few weeks' time. Won't be visiting many gyms though, as the book rubbishes the normal gym model...Crossfit gets a big thumbs up though!

I am a 20 year old girl and have gotten very unfit over the past 2 years after injuring my ankle and stopping exercise.
I'd love to start crossfit training but feel I'd probably be way too unfit.
Do you take beginners or?
Thanks

Interesting article well put together on the whole though was a little concerned with how the last item is taken on board by someone learning the ropes. Grazing throughout the day is not advised normally, this too is unnatural on a regular basis. Far better to 'breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper'. Though have to agree three meals a day is not necessary and skipping any of these is ok, especially if you want to burn fat. Do like your site and shall return occasionally to check on developments - Mike@PaleoWorks
